Sobadokoro Ippuku

This is a famous soba buckwheat noodles restaurant which has been covered in many travel magazines and which is visited by many customers from throughout Japan. In addition to the Fukui Prefecture delicacy Oroshi Soba with ground radish and other vegetables, the Shio Soba which uses a salt broth is also famous.
