Enjoy hiking

There are two large mountains in Ikeda Town, which are Mt.Heko (1464.6 m) and Mt.Kanmuri (1256.6 m). It takes about 80 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the summit of Mt. Heko. From the summit, you can see the ocean during clear days. Mt.Kanmuri can be climbed for about 2 hours from the entrance to the summit. Enjoy a real hiking on the mountain. The temperature on both summits is cooler, about 10 degrees lower than at the foot of the mountain. Autumn leaves are beautiful in fall (around the second and third week of October).
